Naty - it's when on the 1st of January, you make a decision to do something (regarding anything), the decision should be stuck to throughout out the year.
Mine is going to be - to drink more water and eat less junk food.
For me this will probably last until January 3rd, after which I'll go back to my old ways again!
I have no will-power when it comes to chocolate and crisps!!

Keeping it simple and obtainable....I'm putting plastic weather window treatments, to insulate my home a little better after X-Mas. The money I save will go towards purchasing that leather coat I want!
