Where are you? There's a place in london near Shaftsbury avenue/ soho that sell nothing but manga books.

The girl asked for MANGA, not DVDs.
*sigh.* It's pretty rare to find the English manga, considering that those books have been out of print since 1999. Your best bet would be EBay, or any type of online auction/anime store.
The catch is, the value is increased since there are limited graphic novels, and there are few people willing to part with them.
Amazon.com does have a few graphic novels of Sailor Moon available. Get them while you still can!

I've been just looking for them in Amazon.com, found some very expensive second hand or new copies. Rare items for maniac fans. But, why don't you search in the land of its origin? I found in Amazon.co.jp some offers.
