i have seen pictures of extremely large emp machines and was wondering if you could get the technology to be any more condensed

Dude, that'd be sweet! I'm sure its possible though, I mean cell phones are electromagnetic and they're small,there's handheld wifi devices and there are small microwaves for dorms and such. Seems like if u just get a little more juice in there you could have one...
