get software called AVS smart converter or avs video converter at AVS media.com i have used these before and they are great it lets u take any video file on ur computer and converts it in to 3gp or mpeg4 or whatever formate ur phone takes if u dont know look at the instructions or go to yahoo shopping and look under cellphones under sony ericcson and they should have w700i there it tells all the facts about it. or if u dont have videos on ur compture then u should get Nero 7 ultra edition at Nero.com dowload trial for free. it allows u to copy ur dvds to the hard drive them u can convert them to whatever u want and send them to ur phone using it. get a copy protection removal thing at anydvd.com so u can copy it with nero. hope this helps! :)
