I understand it should be a light fixture that will withstand heat. I'm thinking that a regular outdoor light fixture would work.

They makes sauna lights. It needs to be a sealed unit due to moisture.

One that will withstand heat but also make sure its waterproof, they probaly sell specialty lights for them search the internet
