Just as much as the US is sincere with its relationship with Pakistan. Both goverments have agreed to cooperate but there are many individuals on both sides that do not honor that agreement.

Sincere politically or sincere as in "they want to help us"?
Sincere politically? YES
Sincere "they want to help us"? NO
In politics there is no sincere. You just get as much as you can out of the other guy as possible before stabbing them in the back. There is no sincere, there never has been any. Nations make "friends" to use them, not be sincere to them. Is that good enough?

Yes. The problem is, Pakistan has little control of the rural areas, and those places are the breeding ground for terrorists.

It's hard to say. We should fully trust anyone. Pakistan is made up of people, those in it that are and those in it that aren't. Don't judge by what people say judge em' by what they do. They have helped us to a large degree so far. The ones to watch are Syria, Iran and certain elements in Lebanon.

They sincerely do not want, "To be Bombed back to the stone age".
There is no popular support for helping the US in Pakistan, and we only made it worse with our Nuke deal with India.

I hope so. They are willing to relinquish their claim on the Kashmir region, even wanting it to be autonomous. Good start toward wanting peace.

Pakistan has no choice, if they were to be in the opposition, they would be easily overtaken by terrorist, they know and we know it
