Mark Chapman, the low-life who murdered John Lennon, is still in jail where he should rot for the rest of his life. He regularly applies for parole and is regularly declined for three reasons.
1 The terrible crime he committed
2 Because he is still regarded as a danger to the public
3 For his own safety since he will surely get what he deserves if ever he walks free.
I met John twice and he was a great guy who genuinely couldn't understand what all the fuss was about. God bless you John.

You've got me wondering because maybe I read something about Mark chapman fairly recently.
but I seem to remember he WAS writing and performing songs! He even released a CD . That's what I seem to remember.
What that guy did, is pure evil. He should have been tied to a chair, then an iron cage full of starving rats put over his head,. So the rats would have eaten his face off.

Yes the muppet is still alive,he's just been turned down for parole again,let him rot in hell,26yrs today the music died!!
