+ The solution is elementary. Go to where they are and meet them in a non threatening situation. keep meeting more and more until you find the one that you get along with best and the one that gets along with you best. Just keep trying. If you already have one that you have your eye on talk to her and see if she likes to do the things that you like and then try doing it together. If it works it works, if not try again.

I don't know. I suck at it. There's a girl that I really like down the hall. She seems to like me, but I think we're both scared. I swear, the idea of getting a girl is just too much for me.

You go out in your backyard at midnight with a big burlap sack and place a tootsie roll just infront of the bag. Hold the bag between your legs while grasping the edge of the sack to keep it open.
Then call out: "Here snipie, snipie, snipie"
