I'm an English teacher in a country which doesn't have English as its official language. My students have many difficulties learning English because of the exception to the rules, that is, they have problems in memorising all the words. Another problem is the difference between pronunciation and writing. Good luck for your studies! I always say to my students that learning a foreign language is funny just because we can learn it in so many ways: listening to music, watching films and getting in its culture...

A decade ago to learn English, you had to attend costly English classes or purchase course material like tapes and books. Now you can learn English for free from the comfort of your home using the Internet. The BBC and the British Council offer a number of on line courses, which teach written and spoken English. You can also improve your English by watching television programs and reading English newspapers. For more information, visit http://tinyurl.com/qnzpt

I attempt to not dazzling my scholars in mid-sentence on the same time as they are conversing. I wait until the guy is finished and then say some thing like this, "Sandra, i visit write down on the board the respond you gave me. Then we will seem at it and spot what's incorrect, and how terrific we are in a position to dazzling it." I additionally inspire something of the group to connect in and help interior the correction. i'm waiting to try this because of the fact I even have instructed my type that no person is to be laughed at or maybe a incorrect answer is a studying gadget. On written assignments, i choose my scholars to write down, write , write! I provide them questions that many circumstances require theory, and putting those concepts into words. i are not getting excited if words are spelled incorrectly. as long as they write and tutor me they are thinking, that's good. We on the different hand, omit incorrect sentence shape at college, as an entire. this variety, all of us learns. another element that I do is this, misspelled words are written in pupil journals. They then could be regarded up and a definition given, alongside with a sentence utilising the understanding wisely.

The hardest parts of English are all the exceptions to the rules. You just have to memorize many words, because they don't follow the normal patterns.
