You can report it to the INS or the local police. BUT, I can tell you for a fact that they're gonna ignore your call. They'll give you a BS response like "Thank you for your report. We take your concerns seriously and we'll get to it as soon as we can." 3 months later, nothing changes.
In my opinion, you're just gonna be wasting your time. If the INS and police responded to every report of illegals, half of the illegals would probably be gone by now.
