Ok, I am just really curious about this , but do you guys make up a lie when you are angry with a spouse or ex spouse to fuel the fire , to hurt them emotionally? i guess as a punch in the stomach. Let me explain...
Ok my ex boyfriend is a scorpio and currently he told me he messed around with a friend of his that hes been friends with since he was a kid. And he tells me when he already knows I am angry with him as it is. When he told me i had this feeling come to me like i could feel he was lying just to anger me. And when i told him i didnt care he was really mad at me saying I am lying to myself, i just had this feeling like whys he want me to care if he messed around? for one i didnt believe him in the first place. So I like your answers on that please.

Hes 22, I am 20(21 next mont) and well I dont know why he do someting like that, maybe because i really ticked him off? He is a smart guy, but when it comes to relationships he doesn't know crap. Scorpios tend to do stuff like because they know no other way to hurt another besides being that way I guess?

Meh... I wouldn't do *that*. But yeah... Well, I think it's more of a probing thing. If I think someone's hiding something or refusing to admit something, I'll make stuff up just to piss them off in the hopes that they'll explode and everything will come out. Not the best quality, but still... I generally know when something's wrong - if there's more than they're telling me, if they're overreacting to something that doesn't really matter but won't talk about it, etc... It's not an effort to hurt the person, it's just me trying to figure out what's actually going on and to force them to feel/be honest/talk about the actual problem at hand (like, the goal is to piss them off so bad that they loose control of their senses and inhibition and just say EXACTLY what they feel). Of course, the real Scorpionic trait here is that I don't adhere to my own coaxing and still stay guarded even when the other person is bleeding themself dry.
But yeah... it's not an effort to hurt the person (quite the opposite, actually, in a weird twisted way)... just an effort to tear down any walls and feel closer to them (once again... in a weird twisted way).
Blah.

I'm a scorpio and I enjoy sex. But the biggest misconception is that all scorpio men and women are looking for committed, long relationships. I approach sex more casually, not that I'm a slut or anything. I'm just not looking for a relationship. I love being a scorpio but I'm not always like my sign.

I am a Scorpio and it's my opinion he was angry that you called him on his bluff and he had not planned for that eventuality.
I can tell you that if I feel that someone is angry with me for a reason that is either petty or misdirected, I get the attitude that makes me think "O.K. if you think you're mad now lets see how much more angry I can make you". and then it doesn't matter if its true or not. I'm just going for the piss you off factor.

Why would we need to lie? We're much more cunning than that (IMO). For me, depending on the circumstances, I am cool to the person that made me mad and sometimes, if I'm mad at that person for days, I might discreetly do something (like run a high powered magnet over their computer . . .) that will cause the person frustration.

Trust me, he's messing with your head. When he saw it wasn't working, he got mad only because YOU didn't give HIM the reaction he wanted from you. From what I read here, most Scorpios demand that their lovers be faithful to them but THEY have a couple of lovers on the side! Watch so you don't catch something nasty from him.

I don't think its a scorpio thing, I think he's trying to mess with your mind.
He should that know that you don't mess around when your in a relationship and that if you do, it will screw up the relationship. Since he's the one who screwd up, you can be as mad as you want with him since you have done nothing wrong.

Sometimes Scorps will keep secrets on who they screw around with just to make their love feel special... But sometimes we will lie to make a hurt but usually it would be with someone you don't respect just for the reaction... He may be doing it for reaction
Unfortuneately, I don't know what pissed him off to tell you why he said that however... Probably you made him Jealous somehow in that he's trying to show you that he didn't need you (but he's doing it as a ploy to keep you possibly)
But as a scorp sometimes I can't understand me...
