if you are looking for home use, just buy software that comes with an automatic update instead of having to add the 1000's of new domains every day. for under $50.00 it is a much better piece of mind, because it can filter aim conversations also.

If it is for business you may want to filter keywords such as @#$@#, #@$@#, @#$@3, @#$@, #$2#, #@$@#,@#$@#, @#$#@$, you get the point. so if they are trying to browse any site with that content it gets blocked. This may also help block people from checking their personal e-mail depending on the level of spam they get.

That's pointless. There's waaay too many for you to block, and new ones are being created every second!! Try an automatic filter that censors sites with explicit words- but even then... you'll only be blocking a tiny fraction of all the sites. To be honest, it really is pointless.

use the internet content section on your computer - found under control panel/internet connections/content advisor.
too many 'offensive' sites to block altogether

configure your software to not allow "porn", use specific word which you want to block, this will stop them**hopefully**
