Wine purple by using The Hush Sound. They unfolded for panic on the disco on their modern-day excursion. The song Wine purple rocks! Get the techno remix however. The lead singer of the hush sound sounds purely like the lead singer of Panic on the disco, too.

Pete Wentz is in Fall Out Boy...

They are both emo bands, but they have two different sounds. P!atD has a little element of techno in some of their songs, coming from Urie's keyboards.
If you would listen to "Take This to Your Grave", Fall Out Boy's first and better album, you wouldn't think that they sounded the same.

well,Pete Wentz from Fall Out Boy did form the band Panic! at the Disco...I LOVE PANIC! AT THE DISCO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

they are produced by Pete Wentz from FOB, and have ALMOST the same sound. Their music is more techno-ish/ synthy, while FOB is alot of guitar.
Panic! was a good band before everyone else liked them...

fall out boy and panic are two completley different bands, with totally different styles. fall out boys songs are all about sex and girls, woopdy doo how interesting, while panics songs actually have something different about them. they sound nothing like each other

Only that one song that's over-rated. But other than that, they don't sound the same. I listen to P! ATD all day, so, they don't sound the same as FOB. To me at least.
P! ATD sounds more different though. That's good.
