depends on what you like. I'm more of an action kind of person. My favorites were:
1. Summit Plummet in Blizzard Beach
2. Soarin' in Epcot
3. Rock n' Rollin' Coaster in MGM
I've been on almost every ride, so I have to say I love EVERY single one. But those are definetely my favorites. My favorite "non-ride" is definetely walking around and seeing the countries in Epcot.

Expedition Everest at Animal Kingdom...just got back it is an awesome ride. Get your fast pass!

rock n roller coaster but if ur going to disney go to islands of adventure/universal the list of good rides are:
the mummy
men in black(unlike any other, you shoot aliens and it tallies up your points(yes you move))
spiderman(another totally different and fun ride)
the hulk
dueling dragons

MY opinion would be Space Mountain (in magic kingdom)!!! It's a roller coaster in the dark.
