Drowning
Falls or other injuries from slipping due to rough seas
Decompression injuries if you dive
Fatal accidents if you dive
Usual outdoor hazards - bad weather, lightning, etc.
Ship foundering while at sea

Biohazards
Diseased animals infecting you
Being injured by animals
Being killed by animals
Chemical and medicinal hazards of substances you will use in oceanography
