Fist of all, you need to go back to the operational functions of these systems. The Cardiovascular System is responsible for pumping blood around the body, in order to deliver nutrients to the living cells of the body. The Respiratory System's function is to circulate the respiratory gases (Oxygen, Carbon Dioxide) and keep them refreshed. The Urinary system's function is to cleanse the blood of metabolic wastes (kidneys) and get rid of those wastes (urination.) As far as the Reproductive system goes, I would assume that it's function is to provide a pathway for the urethra, and to excrete hormones that aid the body's normal functions.

So, to answer the question, they would all function together to maintain a homeostatic environment. The relationship would start at the Heart (cardiovascular system,) where deoxygenated blood is pumped to the lungs (rspiratory system,) where external respiration occurs. The blood is then sent back to the heart, where is is delivered to the rest of the body through the aorta. When the blood reached the kidneys it is filtered of metabolic wastes, amd other excesses from the interstitial fluid. The metabolic wastes become "filtrate." This filtrate travels through the nephrons, and eventually ends up in the bladder. From the bladder, the urine in transported through the urethra and expelled.

Respiratory system bring in oxgen needed for metabolism, the cardiovascular system is needed to transport nutrients and waste products to their specific target areas and the urinary system is required to rid the body of some waste products and toxins.
Respiratory - brings in a required reactant
Cardio - transports nutrients to cells and waste away from cells to the liver and kidney
Urinary - Removes certain waste products

These all help to keep YOU alive

The reproductive sytem in both males and females is about keeping the SPECIES alive

All of these together are about keeping us alive as long as possible and keeping the species going indefinitely
