Because of my experience with many of the fields funded by tax payers and have seen first hand of the abuse of the system Im all for severe punishment.
Put them in a military prison for 3 months for questioning then ship them back to their country.
I have no problem for those who want to come here legally or those that want to come forward and work towards getting their citizenship but those that are in hiding and wont come forward there is a reason. Most of the time its because they served time in prison in their country for crimes and are commiting crimes here as well. I forget where the article is but a larger majority of CA population of illegals are wanted fugitives.
Personally I think own justice and punishment system is too laxed. Hell our prisoners have it better then our military members. Bring back public executions and make the punishment fit the crime. Rapist loose genitals, burglars loose hands etc.

send them home and keep doing it ,until they do it they legal way. i have nothing against immigrants, lets face it unless your native American we all stem from immigrant roots. but for most of us it was legally
