One home remedy is to dip a cotton ball into milk and swipe over the stain. Hardware stores also carry special natural hand cleansers, gentle to the skin, that will remove these marker stains. Please a word of caution alcahol or abrasive scrubs could be worse the skin than just letting that marker fade off, many suggested remedies are very caustic in nature and damaging to the child's sensitive skin.

You probably want to use rubbing alcohol or just let him walk aroud looking like a crazy kid I am a babysitter and kids do that all the time I just say "I don't know what i can do for you I wasn't the one who drew on myself" or I take it off with rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover.

Time. It will take a long time. The ink has absorbed into the lower dermis of the skin. The only things that would remove it would cause more harm. I'm sure you're aware you should keep those out of your baby's reach from now on.

WOAH, WHOAH, WHOAH!!!!!!!!

Don't listen to these people telling you to use alcohol, turpentine, or any other chemical like that. Don't use that on his face!

You'll just have to use plenty of soap, water, and effort. Someone mentioned hand lotion, and I don't think that would be a problem, but don't use chemicals.

Also be careful using any of these chemicals on his hands. If he's young enough to draw on his face, he's young enough to stick his fingers in his mouth.

my son did that about 2 weeks ago. I took a mr. clean magic eraser and LIGHTLY rubbed where he drew. And I say lightly cause I don't know if it is abrasive enough to irritate skin. But it worked and it didn't hurt him.

You can gently wash it with soap and water and maybe use baby oil. It will probably last a few days. Just wash and scrub his face everytime he takes a bath.
