Depends on if you want to play or watch. I'll assume playing. Soccer players are in much better condition that either baseball and football players. Football players have greater strength and baseball better hand/eye coordination.
So for fitness levels its soccer. For what's more popular its soccer, outside of the america of course.

Why do you think most of the world play "soccer"?
Football (NFL) is only for big guys...stops every 5 seconds (no continuity), the players all look alike, it's not that hard to throw a ball or knock someone over.
Baseball: Let's just say not many people yawn at a soccer match. Everyone is half asleep at baseball games. They even have beds, jacuzzis and tennis courts inside a ball park because everyone is so bored.

The funny thing is that i always seems slower and just about every piece of contact is a foul than other sports that American glorify. But, honestly, if you sit and watch it you are really mesmerized by the game. You don't really need to understand much about the game to enjoy it either. Kick the ball in the net don't knock the other person over. Even with zero to no scoring, it really is somehow a fun game to watch
That being said, it make for a really awful video game outside of Super Mario Strikers (... which reminds me i need to hit up ebay >.>).
