In the cities, yes, but my sister-in-law lives some distance out of the metropolitan area and it is not available out where she lives. It may not be for many more years, as it is a more rural area and the installation of the necessary equipment to make it available out there would not be cost effective for a company until there are more homes per square mile in that area. There just aren't enough potential customers right now to make it worth their while - one of the drawbacks about living on two acres, I guess. You can have a horse or two but get stuck using dial-up.

For example I live in Armenia the70% of people enter to internet with dial up.(But I enter with WiFi 51mbit)
