However the case was never settle. The pain contiue to get worse and medications were making me feel dizzy and ended up with several block injections. We ended up in Court , sugregry was approved. One week before the surgery a wheel chair faell right on my ankle ended up in the emergency room again. After the metal was taking out I went back for block injecctions. At this time my doctor told me that the inusrance was very upsedt since my case was never closed.

Is there a question here?

Was the injury work related? It seems that you injured it 'in my building'. What building? If it was your apartment house (not at work) it wouldn't be a Workers Comp case.

If the building was you place of employment, then it should be covered.
