i often wonder that myself.
the only logical conclusion i can come to is that he was a hair less dumb than kerry.
i am so embarressed by him. every time he gets on tv i just want to run and hide from his stupidity.
i cant wait till someone moral and decent gets in there like Clinton. at least we had some good years with him even though he had some flaws
