So far several answers have been about American Football and not Football, even though this is the 'Soccer' forum.
For the record I'd bring Ronaldinho to Fratton Park.

Well, my two favorite teams already have QBs (Peyton Manning and Tony Romo) - so QB is not a spot I'm worried about. Looks like their running backs are doing well also (Joseph Adai is coming along fine, and so is Julius Jones, with backup Marion Barber III doing very well himself). I also like my receivers (Marvin Harrison, T.O. (Mr. Dropsy, lately), Terry Glenn, Reggie Wayne, and Sam Hurd and Patrick Crayton are looking good). With the Cowboys, I really see no room for improvement. Maybe at Kicker, but Gramatica looks good after one game so far.
Witht he Colts, it's always been about defense. If I could keep the Cowboys the way they are, and change the defense of the Colts - there are three players I'd like to pick up:
Fred Smoot
Charles Woodson
Ray Lewis
If the Colts had those three players, I feel they would be Superbowl bound!
Unfortunately, looks like San Diego is going to get the nod this year - along with my Cowboys.
I'm hesitant to pick a winner - but probably the Cowboys - more defensive depth, better QB and receivers - the nod at running back goes to the Chargers - but the Cowboys are a much more well-rounded team - probably moreso than any other team in the NFL.

Peyton Manning. He's the best player at the most important position in football. And if the Dolphins had him, they'd all have multiple Super Bowl rings right now.

You have to go with Tomlinson, he's a beast and the best back in the league. But my team already has a back of the future in Ronnie Brown. So I'd have to go with Peyton. The Dolphins have had trouble, even when I thought they had the right thing going with Culpepper, they went a head and forced it on him I believe to quickly. So a proven passer and just all-around great guy I'd chose Peyton.
