You need to stay away from this person. Obviously they are not doing very well spiritually and they are taking advantage of the situation. This person should know better....
I am assuming you are not married because you say relationship and not marriage. If interested in this person, you really should end or repair the relationship you are in before you decide to start a new relationship. If this person really does like you they will respect you and wait for you or step back so things can get better in your current relationship. If you are not attracted to the person, but like them for a friend, be honest with them and tell them you care about them as a friend. I would not share any problems with them that you are having with your mate though anymore.

Just because your relationship is going through a tough time doesn't mean you should take interest in the next available person. Weigh the pros and cons and follow your heart.

this can be a difficult situation. it can lead do either great friendshipos..or dissaster in more than one way. i would tell him/her plainly that i'm in a relationship. but i would love to become close friends. If they are at all attractive then i might say look...you are a preety girl/good looking man....and (depending on thier character) i think you are a good person. but i don't want to entertain any thoughts of a relationship right...one because i'm in one...two because we both know we shouldn't. and i love who i am with but i would still love to be friends. if they don't take that well....pray for the situation and ask God to be with you.

Tell them that God is watching...that your are flattered but because of what they said, you cannot continue to work with them at this time.
