In SF4, the S atom has four bonding pairs and one lone pair in its outer level. The five pairs (in total) will adopt a trigonal bipyramidal geometry, but the lone pair could (in theory) occupy one of the axial or one of the equatorial positions. So there are geometrical isomers, yes.
