I jsut replaced the battery in my '91 Dodge Caravan, V6 3.3, 160+K. The lights dimmed out then started clicking then battery gauge flatlined. Now it won't start. Could this be the voltage regulator? How is it replaced?

take it to an authorized repair center - they can run tests and diagnose the exact problem

the voltage regulator is inside the computer on this model the most common problem is the alternator ot is a tricky test you need to know what you are doing i just did a friends and it was an alternator this should also trigger a sercive or check engine light
if you decide to take it to a shop make sure they do the propper testing make sure if they tell you what it needs you get it in writing with a warranty remember most common is the alternator the computer is located besides the battery a black box that also conects to an air duc
good luck

Are you certain the Altenator is good? The regulator is an internal component of the Altenator. Take it off and go have it tested.
