Don't compromise your work ethics and performance due to "not being liked". Work is not a popularity contest - it's where you get paid for performing tasks assigned to you. Think about the people you work or have worked with. If it wasn't for the common denominator of the job, would you hang out with them, let alone call them "friends"?

Don't let them get to you and know that you are doing the right thing.

Are you choosing to work more hours? or are you assigned more hours? If its your choice-they are haters- Do your thang. If the boss is giving you more they may have a legit gripe but should not be directing it to you.
