Ive been hearing that i cant wear heels at all but yet i see the models in pregnancy magazines as well as everyday pregnant women wearing heels.

Its not good for your back muscles. Wearing high heels changes your center of gravity and your back muscles have to compensate for that, being pregnant will also shift your center of gravity, and the combination of the two could really hurt your back.

Talk to your doctor. Most of the time it is okay to wear heels in the beginning of your pregnancy, but after you start to grow bigger it's really not a good idea. You might fall because you will be top heavy. Seriously. Good Luck.

It's okay for you to wear heels but not consistently. It strains muscles and could case you to fall and injure the baby. Wear heels if you wish but be careful, not wear large stiletto heels and don't wear them all the time.

I don't know if you can't I know I dont unless I am going to a formal thing because my feet swell so much they can't fit in more than slippers.
