I was out drinking the other night, and then someone gave me a cigarette (I'm not a regular smoker) and I got very light-headed and couldn't walk straight for 10 minutes. Could it have been laced, or the combination of drinking and smoking?

He gave me the cigarette from an open pack of his and is a friend of mine.

10 minutes of light headedness? I think it was probably the smoking and drinking, not laced.

It can be, I know from experience, some people will take some tobacco out of the cigarette, and replace it with weed,
Also there have been many cases where joints were laced, dipped in emalming fluid ( gross huh?) or pcp.

But the way you described it, I would say it was just a mix of the nicotine and alcohol. You got a nicotine buzz. I get it too especially when i have been drinking.

It was most likely NOT laced. If you don't smoke often, the combo of alcohol and cigarettes can easily make you light headed. In fact, if I have a few beers and then a cigarette, I usually feel like I'm more drunk than with the alcohol alone.

If you're not a regular smoker, plain tobacco can make you light-headed, with or without the addition of alcohol.
But , yes, it is possible to lace cigarettes with "something".

Sure they can, years ago a popular way of ingesting PCP was to soak Sherman Cigarillos (Sherms) in liquid PCP and to smoke them after they dried out.

I doubt it. Could just be the fact that you were not used to smoking and had been drinking.
