Shock Doctor's high-end one, I forget the name of it. I wore it my last year of college and you can still speak quite well.

Buy the cheapest one you can find from your local sporting goods store. Boil water. Dip the mouthguard in the water for a few seconds and then put it in your mouth. Press it in as tightly as you can so it forms to your teeth. Cut away extra portions that go too deep in your mouth or to high on the roof of you mouth. Melt and reform again and again until it is perfectly fit. That is about the best you can do.

Oh, and don't burn yourself. You can melt and remelt so start with only dipping it in the water for a second or two, and increase from there depending on your pain tolerance.

usually when you buy a mouth gausrd it gives you directions to custom fit it to your teeth. remeber its for concusions not losing your teeth. if you follow the directions correctly you will be able to talk with the mouthgaurd in your mouth. I did it and it fit but I had to cut it down because of a gag reflex so I dont use a mouth guard. Just learn to hit first and ask questions later.

Considering a mouth guard goes in your mouth, there are none that allow you to speak perfectly, but you can get one custom fit for your teeth for the best fit.

definite, the police are allowed to do away with a new child without court authority, they might even pass undercover into human beings's lives as spies, yet they the two could be permitted via the pinnacle of the police for his or her branch.

none really, but you can yell pretty good out of most. if you wear a face shield(clear of metal) you can connect the mouthguard to it, so you can spit it out when you need to talk. i would get a good one because they do help with head injury's. most of them time on the ice you will be yelling not talking so... if you need to talk to a ref then you will need to take it out.

They don't exist. I played for 15 years, always have to take it out. Look at NHL players, they always take them out between plays to talk.
