Nice one. Sounds more like a joke, but if you want a serious answer than yes, that pen is a stolen item from the bank property. Now, if your intention was really to bring the pen with you, and not simply an involuntary act (just forgetting to give it back) than I would just like to say: grow up.

First of all... why on earth would you want one of the bank's pens? Aren't they bolted to the stations?? And half of them don't work anyways... so it would be a waste of your time to take something so petty. I am pretty sure that the bank could care less if you "steal" one of their cheap pens.
