I won't even get into the political aspect of your questions, but I think you ought to know that people with Down syndrome are NOT stupid. They do have developmental delays, yes, but to call them stupid is not only insensitive and cruel, it's just plain wrong. You are completely ignorant about Down syndrome and I suspect you have never actually spent time with someone with a developmental disability or you wouldn't jump to the conclusion you did.
Bottom line, I'd rather know someone with a developmental delay who I can respect and admire than to know an insensitive, unfeeling person like you.

Your question clearly shows your own ignorance. I don't care for your President but, as a person who works with people with intellectual disabilties, I find your analogy of Downs syndrome to people who act stupidly to be reprehensible. Bush has an education, advisors and experience. Maybe his advisors are to blame for many of the mis-steps his government has taken. Maybe he is to blame. But please - don't assume that people with Downs Syndrome or any medical or intellectual disability are STUPID. They may not be able to grasp many things but they are often brilliant at others. As for world leaders who take very frightening steps, well - they make decisions based on information available at any specific point, based on advice given by highly-paid, qualified people, and based on a pressure to ACT. Woe to the world in many cases! but the world would not be in better hands if led by bigots like yourself.

People who have Downs Syndrome aren't "stupid", they have a mental and physical disability.

I don't think it's Down; he lacks the mongoloid features commonly associated with that condition. Maybe it's mercury poisoning or something.
