Easy way would be to get a memory card reader and transfer the music from computer to the card, then put the card back into the PSP

All you have to do is to connect your PSP to your PSP via a USB cable and transfer the music to x(where x is your psp drive in windows):\psp\music
remember that do not make folder in folder. for example just add celine dion folder and do not add another folder in it just insert the song if you have any other question I'll be more than happy to answer.
for inserting a memory stick your laptop must have a card reader which supports the memory stick duo. In Sony laptops which has magic gate you also need a card expansion which usually comes with the card you buy.

To play a music/audio file from a Memory Stick Duo™:

Highlight (Music) from the home menu.
Insert a Memory Stick Duo™.
Select (Memory Stick) and press .
Select the icon of the track or group you want to play and press .
While listening to audio files, press at any time to display the Music Control panel.
