My first big time Spirit: I got home in the afternoon after working a double shift and layed down for a few minutes. I felt a heavy multiple tap on my shoulder. Thought I was dreaming or twitching. Felt another heavy multiple tap on my shoulder. Opened my eyes and saw a full human form sitting in my chair next to my bed. All cloudy white just sitting there. It looked just like my special grandfather who had died a few years earlier. I jumped and about pee'd in my pants. When I got to my feet, I couldn't see it anymore but sure could feel him still in the room. Had to leave for a few hours. I'm a little more in control of my faculties now when I see Spirits. The hair still stands up on my arms though.

I haven't seen one, but every so often I feel a presence in my kitchen. Sometimes I hear footsteps coming down the stairs and into the kitchen while I'm cooking, so I call out to see if anyone's home. Most of the time, no one's home yet or if they are, they're in their rooms.
I used to feel someone put their hand on the middle of my back. It's not scary, but more of a "it's going to be okay" kind of support. It happened during the time I was under a lot of stress.

K. I have not seen 'him' - yet. But I know hes there.
Heres the story:
I clean an old, local bar about 4 days a week around 7am.
Whenever Im close to or in the men's bathroom the automatic urinal will flush continuously and I wont be ANYWHERE NEAR IT.
He also knocks down my cleaning supplies or garbage cans when i set them on a stool.
It doesnt scare me thou.
I call him my homey.

My friends from across the street's mom told me this one one time. When she was younger they moved into a house that had belonged to an elderly lady who had died in it. When they first moved in every morning all their teacups and mugs would be found placed upside down behind the couch in the living room.

i was lying in my bed @ my parents house looking out my door at the hall way almost asleep when 3 white masses kinda shaped like a person floated into the room & stood before me i tried to call out & couldnt i tried to get up & couldnt move by the time i could speak & move again they was gone was i asleep & dreaming or awake with aparitions standing before me?beats the heck out of me but it sure did bother me for a few weeks

I havnt actually seen a ghost in reality,but I have in my dreams(and the most wierdest ones too!!).I cant describe them and I have forgotten what they pefectly look like.I mostly see "night of the living dead" kind of ghosts.

Well when I was 5 these three old ladies were in front of my closet talking..it woke me up (it was in the middle of the night) I talked to them for a minute before running out and telling my mom. She went back to the room and they were gone. Years later she said she saw the same thing when she was young. We were talking about it in front of my uncle and his eyes lit up and said "omg were there 3 of them? and one was in a rocking chair?" He saw the same thing too and never talked about it
