Urban apartments in Tempe?

Have the apartments above the shops on Mill opened yet? Is there a site I can check them out on? What about in Phoenix or Scottsdale, are there any good urban type apartments there?

There are loads of condo complexes in the central/ downtown Phoenix area but they are not cheap. The newest is the high rise (Landmark on Central) designed like a NY apt high rise. New condos going up right off 1st Ave & Munroe too. Others slightly east of that. Personally, as a native, I would not want to live in downtown Phx.
