I think there would be more marriages that last because in general people wouldn't want to comit a murder. If divorce wasn't allowed then people would be forced to really think about who they want to marry and they would be forced to try and work it out. Murder isn't something the general public would resort to.

LMAO! This is funny! I'd go with the murders, but that is only because I've been married for quite some time and I know better now. I think if it was written in stone... to be that way from today on, I think, in all honesty, there would be a lot LESS marriages taking place. Who wants to spend the rest of their life in jail?

that is a good question...in an abusive relationships i think there would be more murders, but for all the other relationships i feel it would be the marriages would last as long as it did in the past.

I would say, probably more murders. For some reason people rush into getting married and then want out. If that was there only choice, then we would have alot of dead people laying around. Have a great weekend.
