I am an alternative medicinal therapist and i can tell you that it is not good to eat liver. The liver is a filter for blood and all the rubbish that it has collected is then expelled from the body (animal and human) You then eat this and all the toxins in it. In fact it is bad to eat any sort of meat. That is why you can taste the 'iron' iron is in blood.Meat is full of bacteria and god knows what. i gave it up years ago
