Two 3 way switches.
A 3 conductor 12g with ground
On the switch you have a black screw and a green across from each other and two brass ones on the other end across from each other.
Make sure you have both switch's with the black and green screws at the top.

Turn power off.

To the black screw you wire in your power black wire. Your white in the 3 conductor will be wired to the white going back to your power source. The red and black wire from the 3 conductor you hook the red to the right brass screw and the black to the left brass screw.
Pull the 3c/wg to the light and drop off the white. cutting it and wiring one end to one side of the light and the other to the other side of your light. pull the 3c/wg to the other switch. The red to the right brass screw and the black to the left brass screw.
Wire the white to the black screw.
Wire your bear ground copper wire to the green screws on both switches and the ground on your light if it has one.

It requires two "Three-way" switches and 3 conductors. Check web for wiring diagram or schematic for details. Depends on where your supply of electricity comes into circuit as to configuration of wires.
