In order for you to share a printer, you need to create a network to which both pcs belong. Then, whichever computer is physically attached to the printer will need to stay on for the remote pc to use. You can disable IE so that you will have a dedicated link to only the printer, if you wish. Not a fool-proof solution, but one to use in a pinch.
Assuming both pc's are in the same building (within range of a local network), on each computer, go to My Computer, right click, go to Properties, click on the Computer Name tab, click on Change...select Workgroup and type in a name (this has to be the same name for both computers). Once this is done, reboot. You will be able to now do a search for printers using the Add Printer wizard. You may need to upload your driver software for the printer in the other pc in order to print, so make sure you have your printer software on hand to install. Good luck~

Easy. If both computers are on your network, wireless or not, you share the printer. One of the computers will be physically attached to th printer. On that computer, go to your Control Panal, find the Printer icon and open it. when you see the printer, right click it, get the properties and select Sharing. Give the printer a share name, like "MyCoolSharedPrinter".

Now go to your other computer and follow the same steps to get to the printer icon, only this time select Add Printer. You will have an option to add a network printer. You can eaither search for it or type in the address manually. The address will be
\\computer1name\MyCoolSharedPrinter

Yes, it can work. You are going to have to make the printer a "network printer." I don't have any diagrams that I know of, but you could go and get a book on the topic, like a "For Dummies" or a "Complete Idiot's Guide to". They should be at your local library.
Just try connecting the printer directly to your router.

I f you want to have both computers on one printer, both computers must be on the wireless network and the main computer and printer must be always on in order for the printer to work from your warehouse computer.

For more detail information of "how to," if you have Windows XP, just click on HELP and type network printer or something to that effect to get step by step instructions.

Now, if you don't want your warehouse computer to be on the network your only solution would be to get another printer.

Good luck

If you are using windows XP, you can just share the printer, but you need to have the computer that is directly connected to the printer on at all times to be able to print.

Go to control panel click on "printers and faxes" click add printer choose the option "add network printer" click on "browse" to have your computer to search for the printer. before you start this make sure you have allowed the printer to be shared by right click on the printer icon choose properties and click on the sharing line.
