Is there a tool to generate documentation from a type library?

MS Visual Studio shipped with "Inspector" - a tool which cleanly spit out the signatures of many DLLs/COM objects.

VB6 and MS Visual Studio 7/8 has "Object Browser" to do the same thing. From there, you can read the interface you need, or even take a picture of the screen and print it out or generate a report.
