GEEEE properly it relies upon on the lot length too. the place I stay, its known to have 7 loos in a 2 tale homestead. salt lake would be a nice and clean area in kolkatta. but rent would be comparatively higher than other places.

I t really depends on your workplace. If you are into IT then Salt Lake is the area for you. Or possibly Rajarhat. Rent would be 5K to 8K.
If you have to frequent the Central Business Area then go for Ballygunge.

the salt lake area is nice, u will get a lot of variety of accommodation. even the new alipore area is good. lot of construction going on near ruby hospital on the by-pass also the rajarhaat area. rents are all varied. consult a good agent.

is central cal nice area nice markets nice place to be.... close to almost all places... peaceful relatively
rates depend from area lanes and buildings
