took the hem down on trousers cant get crease out from where hem was tried rewashing plenty of steam when ironing but still there help needed its driving me nuts.

fold it back on itself and wet it then cover with brown paper or white printer paper to stop any shine then iron that way ,flatten out wet again then iron again worked for me as kids grew also try starch

Assuming there is not a wear-mark, this will remove that stubborn crease. On a firm ironining board with not too much padding, wet cloth over the material, very hot iron, when you lift the cloth you will see the steam rising from the material.... now, using a carpenters wooden mallet(like a square block of hardwood with a shaft handle) beat the steam back in hard.... oh, yes, beat it back.....wallop it hard.....By the way, this works to get a razor sharp crease on a lapel as well....
