I never gave any outrageous gifts, just really cool ones. I was given a TENS unit once though. Used it on a few people before it broke down since the guy gave me a faulty one. lol.

I was moving for a job and my friends decided to get a blow up doll for me as my gf was not moving with me. Never used it, just regifted it to one of the guys who gave it to me. It became the re-gift present for 4 years. I never even opened it.
