I need more info on how to start it, where should I go. I also heard thailand might be a good place, not to mention less expensive. I don't only want to get my sex change, I also want boobs, and my face to be redone. I really don't want to be an ugly drag, or an ugly girl that looks like a guy....you know what I'm talking about!!! : ) Thanks for all your help!

The very first thing any surgeon is going to have you do is enter in to some sort of counseling and also have you spend an entire
year dressing and living your day to day life as a female after the year of living as a female and based partly on the recommendation of the counselors report, then he will begin to discuss with you your options.
any doctor willing to omit even one of those steps before medically initiating the sex change should not be trusted to remove a splinter let alone preform such a drastic life changing procedure on someone

I have a few friends who are transexuall and it a long road. im sure if you were to type in on yahoo "transexual" or "sex change," some site will be able to help you along on your jouney. but keep in mind that's once it's done, that's it. this is a decision that you must take to heart. and i might recommend looking at some mags to kinda give you some idea for your end result. you may also look around in your area to see if there is a support group that may further assist you.
