Thats a really difficult question as there are many options that would make people bad drivers.
If you mean speeding then Southern California. Just think 12 million people on the road at the same time. Someone always thinks that their time is more valuable and has to go faster than the rest.
If you mean slow, Florida takes it. All the retired people there just have all the time on their hands and want to block the road for the rest of us that live on a schedule.
If you mean plain stupid-anywhere there is some sort of tourist attraction that draws drivers that do not know how to drive in this country.

As a former (I quit early this year) truck driver, I will agree that the drivers on the east coast of FL are pretty bad.
The absolute worst drivers though, can be found in rush hour around Houston, TX.
They have absolutely no regard for limits, laws, or other drivers in any situation.

Yes, you are right. Without a doubt, FL !!
I have driven in 47 of the 50 states, and in the 30+ years I have been driving, THE most maniacal drivers are in FL.

Yeah, FLA drivers are pretty bad but I gotta say I think either Arkansas or Pennsylvania are worse...
I have driven in nearly every state and lived in quite a few as well and to be totally honest I guess I would have to go with Arkansas...
Where FLA drivers are generally SLOW and STUPID... AR drivers are either slow and stupid or drive like MANIACS and ride your A$$ like there is no tomorrow...
My stepmom who never had an accident in her whole 55 years of life had 3 in the first 5 months of living there (ALL other poeple's fault).
I won't even GO there anymore just because they are such horrible drivers...

The Virginia/DC/MD area have some of the WORSE drivers I have ever seen. I have traveled some too being from Louisiana and had road trips to Tx, MS, etc. Do you not hear about the Accidents and driving here? That is why radio stations cannot play good music that is heavy etc because of RoadRage.

Arizona! Almost everyone here is from somewhere else and they bring the driving style of that area with them, not to mention all of the uninsured mexicans that can easily hit you and get away with it! People drive insanely fast here too.
