How fast was the car initially going? Was it 5 m/s or 100 m/s? I don't think this problem is possible without knowing that information. Also, the car does not weigh 1150 kg, it has a mass of 1150 kg. Weight is a force and kg is a unit of mass.

It would depend upon the speed it was travelling at before breaking. There is a big difference between the force required when it is travelling at 10 miles/hour and when it was travelling at 200 miles/hour
