increase your cardio activity. Run, Walk, Skip, Jump-rope, dance, shake what yo mamma gave you. If none of that works, give your leg some coffee!

I have the same problem. If its continues for extended periods of time you need to see a doctor. It could be peripheral artery disease or something more serious. Numbness is a sign of poor circulation in the legs and that means there's prolly poor circulation elsewhere in the body such as the heart or brain.

Sounds like you have circulation issues. As the previous poster wrote, walking will help that. If it persists, I would definitely go see a doctor. Poor circulation in the lower extremeties are symptoms of some serious diseases such as diabetes and MS. Good luck

Perhaps u mean your legs become numb? is it only feet or the whole leg which becoms numb. anyhow get your blood sugar checked. if suppose it is high ,tight control can help. Are u a vegetarian if yes try vitamin B12 or a multivitamin combination containing B12.

Take some exercises regularly to improve blood circulation. Avoid remaining in one posture for long periods.

You don't say how old you are - but you should check with a doctor to be sure you don't have something more serious such as a blood clot.

try walking for a period of at least 20 mins 4 times a week. awesome results.
