Everything he did was a mistake. Killing his wife, the neighbor lady. And when he told Jim about his past when he killed his grandmother and ran over his daughter. It's really kinda sad.

Yes, I sure did. He was definitely accident-prone. I was overwhelmed with the fact that CSI finally gave a human side to someone who was a suspect.

I did. I think the writers did an exceptionally good job when they created this storyline. He's a killer, but he didn't do any of it on purpose, so he's not really a bad guy by definition. Way to have someone kill several people and get the audience to feel sorry for him. Great idea and great job.

Yes, I felt a little bad for Max *for one horrifying moment I thought he had run over the puppy and not his daughter. Not that running over his daughter wasnt horrifying though* I wish Catherine would have stopped laughing..it wasn't that funny *even though how they found him in the concrete was amusing*

I did when he was telling the story about how the events took place all I could do was say AWE! Poor Max.. But I am wondering what song they were playing because I really like it.

Yeah, but it was a little funny at the same time. I thought that little girl(think her name was Susie) was ADORABLE. The whole minature case annoyed me though.....if that's the real way it's going to end, I'm a bit disappointed.
