i sent out a defective phone for replacement using USPS on nov 27 with delivery confirmation, insurance, and priority mail. I checked the tracking system on USPS.com and it says tmobile service center recieved it nov 29th.

now i write tmobile cuz its been 2 weeks of response, and they say that my headset has NEVER been received?

i wrote both tmobile and usps and told them the tracking #....

what do i do from here? is this when involved the better business beaura? does tmobile or USPS have liability to give me a new phone? this is my cell phone were takling here, it was a large investment, and Its essential for work.

good to know, but for sure ill have to get either one pay for my new phone right? or give me $200 as i put down for insurance.?

if usps can prove that they delivered the handset to tmobile then it is up to tmobile to replace it. if not then usps must reimburse for your losses.

FIGHT with the higher ups in T-Mobile. USPS is giving you proof that it was delivered. If TMobile lost it at their company its their own fault, not yours... and you shouldnt have to pay the consequences for it. Demand a replacement or your money back for the phone. Threaten that they will loose you as a customer and you will tell everyone you know about this issue, and how their company treated you, and report it to the Better Business Bureau. That should get them to do something about it.

If it's a priority /insured package then someone had to sign for it. That's the rule. Call USPS and track the package again. Find out who signed for it and at what address suite and or dock #. Then you can move forward. Call t-mobile ask to speak to the manager at the facility in question and supply him/her with the info. Let them know that you know they recieved and lost the merchandise. That will get the ball rolling in the right direction.
