My question more defined is have you ever seen anyone naked in a public place where nudity is not allowed. Please leave out toddlers and small children as well as nude beaches and the expected. Also please elaborate, tell your story. Where you saw this person, and what your reaction was to this sighting and so forth.

I saw a guy who was completely naked jogging down the center of the street during a downpour/thunderstorm in the East Village in NYC. I was about 11pm and people were cheering and the guy was yelling, "Woooooooo!" We just stared and laughed.
(he kinda looked like Matthew McConaughey with the shaggy hair)

I worked in a kitchen of a nursing home as a teen and sometimes old people would come in there naked. Does that count? Anyway, it was gross, it grossed me out at first, but after a while you just go find a CNA.

At times, in India and Pakistan you can see all naked male people known as "malangs".

when i was littler at a hockey tournament when we stayed at this hotel we were playing knee hockey in the hallway and this guy came up from swimming, he had just a faded newspaper covoring him so we could see thruogh!!!!!! hahahahahahahaha it was so funny!
